Integral Leadership Learning Lab: Transformation for the Emerging Epoch

"Each of us has his or her own personal identity and is capable of entering into dialogue with others and with God himself. Our capacity to reason, to develop arguments, to be inventive, to interpret reality and to create art, along with other not yet discovered capacities, are signs of a uniqueness which transcends the spheres of physics and biology."

~ Pope Francis, Laudato Si

Integral Leaders:

  • Learn to lead within the complex systems that typify this emerging epoch.
  • See things whole in service of the common good.
  • Create a vision that accounts for the impacts decisions have on the larger system.
  • Embrace a greater level of accountability and responsibility.
  • Embody leadership capacities with somatic awareness that creates connection and trust.
  • Develop new practices of listening, discernment, and operating in the field.
  • Be of service to the whole and to yourself, simultaneously, to hold all that is.
